We are seeking a kind, reliable, and compassionate Support Worker to assist a participant in Grafton.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, takes pride in building meaningful relationships, and understands the importance of providing support that is respectful, empowering, and centred on the individual.
Providing safe, caring, and person-centred support
Assisting with daily routines and activities
Encouraging independence, confidence, and community involvement
Offering emotional support and companionship
Completing clear and accurate shift notes
Building a positive, trusting relationship with the participant and their support network
Experience in disability or community support
Flexible, positive, and professional approach to work
Compliance with all required checks and certifications:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Police Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid & CPR
Reliable transport is preferred
Dependable and comfortable working independently
